Before Your Visit

Book online through Fresha, or just walk in — availability depends on the day.
Not sure what you want? That's completely fine. Bring a photo, a few words, or just come in and talk it through with us.
For color services, arrive a few minutes early so we have time for a quick consultation.

During Your Appointment

We'll start with a quick conversation — what you want, what's worked (or hasn't) for your hair before, and anything you're unsure about.
Color services typically take 1.5–3 hours depending on what we're doing.
Cuts and styling are usually 30–45 minutes.
Sit back and relax — most clients tell us it feels like catching up with a friend who happens to be really good at hair.

Good to Know

Parking: Free street and lot parking available.
Payment: We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Walk-ins: Always welcome for any service, depending on availability that day.
Cancellations: We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
